Best news of the offseason!

I had my doubts this would get done, but I'm happy to say I was wrong. Excellent job, FO.

Our off-season is a success! I know, I know...we didn't do this, we didn't do that...but I said when we were in the thick of things with Manning, signing Campbell was the #1 priority.

Great news I think the FO is doing a great job I give Graves a ton of credit for where we are going as a team.

This is great news. I hope it creates more cap space depending upon the structure.

Its about time someone gave Graves credit on this.

But if CC were to went to become a FA, then everyone would specifically say his name out of his mouth......

Love it. I said last year that there was an 80% chance he'd re-sign this offseason. Glad it got taken care of and well before the July deadline. More cap space

Well, for the Grave detractors this will be proof positive that the human snail can only do one thing at a time. If he had been proactive he'd have this and all the draftees signed. Boy, will I be happy when we finally get a REAL GM.

how could be the cap room now..how much is required to sign draft picks.

Good questions, but we don't know the terms of his deal yet. We do know he was set to make 10.6 million all against the cap. If we were to use Darnell Docket as an example his first year cap number was 6.1 million. So a good shot in the dark guess would be a savings around 4.5 to around 5.5 million. That with the money we have should be plenty to sign our rookies.

best news of the offseason by a MILE...

The #1 priority gets done.. We added a #2, and a couple Olineman including getting Levi back.. Add Ryan Williams into the fold and I must say this has been a SOLID offseason!

Soo stoked!
