Another loss to the Dogers in LA. Another loss due to pitching. Blergh.

I have to question the coaching

Why don't you use Ziegler or Hernandez instead of Hudson in the bottom of the 9th

Hernandez is being eased and Hudson is one of the better pitchers in the bullpen. Don't mind the decision.

This pitching staff top to bottom is garbage.

5 through 8 in the batting order went 1/14.

I hope La Russa is addressing that problem.

A Catcher and Pitcher is one thing, but you can't expect a team to win games when the last five positions in the batting order can't hit.

In a long line of terrible DBacks announcers. This isn't comedy central, guys.

And, I don't need to know where Goldy is - as much as I love the guy - in terms of the league offensive stats EVERY time he comes to the plate!

Nothing seems exciting when he calls a play. A walk off homerun and an ground out sound the same. It's terrible. He doesn't know anything about the intercuts of baseball, he relies on stats to talk about the game.

When I lived out of state and had the MLB internet package I would always listen to the other teams announcers.

We have an obsolute gem in Brenly as the color guy, but he has nothing to work with.

Sorry, rant over. This has really bugged me over the last 2 years

well they traded trumbo, not that he was doing much, but he kept pitchers honest when he was batting behind goldy.

if tomas finds a real power stroke i can see him planting himself behind goldy.

if that doesnt happen it will be a revolving door for the rest of the season in the cleanup spot.. then in the offseason we will trade a youngster for a power hitter to "compliment goldy" lol

I went on this same rant last year. This guy sounds about as excited as a kid headed to summer school. I think he is horrible and he is constantly trying to derail Brenlys baseball talk with moronic jokes or non baseball anecdotes.

Perfect example was last time Archie pitched Brenley was talking about a conversation he had with Randy Johnson about having no fear on the mound and Berthiume is like, did you have to stand on a stool when you talked with Randy? Or something stupid about his height and BB just ignored him and finished his thought.
