No reason to fear...have a little faith. I thought his biggest problem before was only throwing the fastball, but now he's throwing the splitter more frequently and has been having a great season closing out many 1-run games.

Wow, that was a playoff-type win. Great pitching and you get the big hit late in the game.

It's crazy how the Rockies have hung around and gotten back into things. There are now 4 teams in the West within 2 games in loss column. There are no non-pressure games the rest of the way.

lol figures. Look at Claudio Vargas, he was an average at best pitcher with us, we trade him to milwaukee and I think he only has one loss at home so far this season. Of course, run support probably has a factor, but yeah I'm with you. People seem to only get better once we trade them.

Also, I'm convinced the second base umpire in this game is insane. Total BS call on Young there at second. Martinez is two feet off base and Young still gets called out.
