Yeah the opponent is irrelevant for Shelby right now he just needed to get through more than 3 innings without his mechanics completely falling apart. So mission accomplished. Now we will see if he can do it again. We're stuck with him so might as well hope for the best

Then he gets on and gets caught stealing, again...

I swear every time he comes to the plate I say; "ok GOLDY here we go buddy..." But it's just not happening.

Here's the optimistic take tho. We've got 7 games coming up. 3 in Coors field and 4 at home against his personal property the Giants.... If there was ever a stretch with the table set for GOLDY to break out, this is it. Sucks we have to face Chatwood again, but we owe him

Forsure! So great to see Huddy at full strength again and the great thing is being a reliever should extend his career significantly. He is really settling into the role.
