Well I guess not all of us had to take 4 years of writing classes, 3 act structure my friend! Introduce us & make us fall in love, break out hearts, and then bring our heros back up for triumph

For the past week or so, Reynolds has been swinging right through fastballs down the heart of the plate. That CANNOT happen at a big-league level. Unacceptable. Once or twice here and there, fine. But consistently? Wow.

Owings had a major brain fart and it cost him/them, but this offense is still nowhere near where it needs to be to make playoff noise if they get there. IMO, and many others' as well.

I agree, just because this young team makes a few mistakes and blows a game, everyone wants to get rid of someone. And why would Quentin be working at first, CoJak has done better this season offensively than Q. It seems to be a trend with these guys, win a few and then get blown out because of sloppy defense. As long as they win more than they lose, I think they are doin OK.

Tonight will certainly be interesting, as BK makes his return to the dessert. His record isn't bad and in fact his last outing he did quite well for Flordia. Here's to hoping that this is a happy home coming!

Edit: Ah, I love this team this year versus. Kim has a crappy start, yet they come back to tie it a half an inning later. Last year someone would have tripled with nobody out and then the next three batters would all pop out to the infield.
