I find it rather metamorphic.

I chuckled.

I mean, I can take your igneous rocks or leave 'em. I relate primarily to micas, quartz, feldspar. You can keep your Pyroxenes, magnetites and coarse grained plutonics as far as I'm concerned.

We laughed our butts off! I mean the post credits alone were worth the price of admission. Hi Yukio!!!

I'm sorry I don't have a more thorough review, I just went for the laughs. :)

This was pretty damn awesome. A little slow up front but quickly starts rocking and rolling with great action and humor.

Highlight of the movie is the X-Force’s first mission together. Instant classic sequence.

And the song during the final action sequences at the torture school.

Oh, and the final stinger in the credit which is completely ridiculous.

How does it compare to the first movie?

Much better for me. But I only thought the first one was okay to solid.

This one is better in every way.

Wow, vastly disagree. Then again, I thought it was a crime the idiotic academy ignored the best movie of the year, so...

.

Pretty much agreed. That opening was rough, including something that I'm sure will get slammed quite a bit. After that, it was another fun ride.

I think the first movie is one of the most overrated of all time and there’s no universe for me where I believe the first Deadpool even belongs in the same conversation as Spotlight, Mad Max: Fury Road, Inside Out, Ex Machina, Room and even Sicario.

Man... that was a really good year for movies! I didn’t even mention The Revenant and Hateful Eight!

Wow. We must have seen a different movie. It was so refreshing and hands down one of the best films that entire year. It was hands down better than most of the movies you mentioned.

I loved Ex-Machina and the Revenant. Most of the other movies you mentioned were the ones overrated IMO.

Like I said, for me, it wasn't. The first 45 minutes were great and then it turned into a raunch-filled relatively conventional origin story, complete with the damsel in distress at the end who needed to be saved.

I loved Ex-Machina and the Revenant. Most of the other movies you mentioned were the ones overrated IMO.

Different strokes for different folks. But I don't know how anyone claims Fury Road, Room or Spotlight were overrated.
