Jetsteam, what I meant with all out is that they put more effort into the QB on learning the system, not money.

Glad we didn't really. Glad to see Hoyer doing well as he would still be a nobody here.

Hoyer > Logan but nobody can predict needing a third string QB twice in one season. Our offensive line continues to be our biggest weakness.

Dixon is familiar with Arians' style, and playbook. He does suck, but if Stanton does miss a game or 2, I'd guess he is our best shot at winning one of them. He has leverage now though, with Palmer's season being completely shot fo sho. I hope he wants to be here and isn't being a dork about the contract, big opportunity, playing with the Cardinals these days... did I just type that?

I hear Matt Leinart is available. I would take him over those other guys. I don't know who we are gonna get but I hope it's not Dixon. I would take any retired old QB right now over Dixon. He'll I would even take Kolb or Skelton back over Dixon. How about the old Seahawks QB. I think he can still play.
Matt Leinart went back to college with The Boz and Heath Schuler.

Have to wait for the waive wire to come through first. My guess is that they grab Lindley off SDs practice squad.

You, me and BASK agree, Lindley is the best man for the job.

Everyone is so focused on how much Lindley sucked as a rookie 6th rd pick. It is possible for a player to improve and BA has said a good deal of positives about him.

I'm not sold on Lindley but I am sold on BASK. So that's good enough for me.

I watched the 4th qtr of the game tonight and when Carson went down the camera went up to shoot Michael Bidwill and Steve Kiem. They had stunned and worried looks on their faces but no panic. I believe Kiem left a short time later, presumably for the locker room. What I liked is Michael didn't go running down to reporters and making an ass of himself in front of the cameras like Jerruh would have. The front office is just so much better than the past and thanks to that, so is the team.

I'm with you on all that. I liked that Keim went down to see Palmer, as the GM who brought him in, and I love that Mike Bidwill didn't run down and start meddling on the sideline, we still had a game to win.

I may have doubts about Stanton's talent level but I love how our team just poured it on after Palmer went down. They can and will learn from that. They really poured it on and dominated the rest of the game.
