I am sure of one thing, we are going to sell more than 20k season tickets this year. Michael B got that accomplished.

- had bright future with talent and stadium coming
- Rod Graves will be in charge of player personnel
- thinks that can turn team around shortly
-Likes:
a) O-Line
b) RB
c) Boldin
d) some talent on Defense
- Taking a look at Qb (likes McCown and Jeff Blake) and will evaluate accordingly
- Started to assemble his coaching staff (some he has worked with and some he has not)
- Liked the opprotunity to bring winning in the desert and "happy to start a new era"

when he gets down to business...and has met with the team..I would get two guys in a room and tell them that perhaps they should get with the program by getting more serious - and they need to start working out and learning some technique now: leonard davis and Anthony clement. I would perhaps have a comparable but not as harsh conversation with L.J. Shelton. One of the things Green will need for success is the oline -which is the most underachieving group. I think Pete kendall is playing up to his potential...and the other guard spot will need to be filled.
