This will be an interesting series which involves the team I rooted for growing-up vs. the only baseball team I root/support now.... It's overwhelming how much of an Inter-League rival it's become between the Dbacks and Tigers and actually in some respects very intense.........
Anyways, I've invited for at least the wknd anyways (don't know if any of them will accept the invite) for people to post from the 2nd best sports related message board which is http://www.motowntigers.com which was my home until I discovered ASFN which was exactly 2-years ago from today and since have made it my permanent sports home..... I know there are several other native Detroiters who post on here who have deep roots into the history of the Tigers (like myself) and some (especially myself) root just exclusively for the Dbacks...Anyways..enough on that......

I'm completely out-of-the-loop regarding the Tigers since I havent followed them in quite some time, but my recollection is Maroth is a breaking-ball pitcher who will induce the occasional grounder... Douglass is making his Tigers debut, and Bonderman will be among the top-5 best pitchers in baseball because of his extremely live arm.......
