Download the yahoo sports app. It will show the game on there. Yeah, it's on your phone but you can watch it without sketchy streaming.

Its dish's doing I think. Direct still has both fox and fox sports az.

It's normal for channel owners to take down their channels from a TV provider during a contract dispute like this. So this is Fox's doing, as it puts pressure on Dish to give in to their demands. In the end, it's all about money.
