Okay, that was perhaps a bit harsh of me, but I’m pissed because two of our division rivals will play for the SB next week and we didn’t get a sniff.

That's because of the coaches being clowns... hahahahaha

Watching Mahomes in the pocket avoiding the hits and tackles just shows how far KM lags in this area
Mahomes just has more chill in the pocket at this point. Trusting his reads and watching more tape I'm sure. lol. Also, having Andy Reid helps just a touch. But yeah... He just has a swag back there that not many who have ever played that position has..

Come on. The whole difference is when a team gets hot. The 49ers have gotten so lucky last 3 games really. Lucky to be in the playoffs. But they are not better than us. If we played them it would be 20-17. All these teams have faults. It’s the lucky breaks that make them winners. Bengals were given gifts. Tampa Rams game was whoever gave the last gift
They're farther along in the playoffs ... they're better then us lol

Not sure I'd go so far as to call them clowns but pretty much how I feel. I said the same thing to my wife yesterday. How the hell did the Cards beat these teams???
Because it is gifts, breaks, turnovers. The nfl is very equal. We could have won all these games the 49ers won too or the bengals. But we needed luck. If the Rams would have fumbled 4 times and the throw from Kyler from the end zone that landed in between to wide open wrs was completed. We win

What a great weekend! Best ever postseason (sans the Cards dreadful effort)?

Makes it look easy

KM looks like he panics in the pocket

Feet start chopping, he backs up, tries to spin and throws off his back foot all the time still staring down the primary receiver

Those are instincts to stand in there and move around a bit (feel the pressure) to find a receiver down field.

It's absolutely possible that the rules have different penalties. The NFL rulebook is wacky.
I researched that part. If after the ball hits ground it would be unnecessary roughness vs. roughing the passer but a dead ball foul with possession change. So either I am wrong about what I have seen or they blew the call in the game I watched. Who knows?
