well the seeding should be based on record period. San Antonio vs Dallas is not fun to watch in comparison to Phx versus Dallas.

the SA/dallas series last year was much better than the WCF. it was the WCF. sorry.

yeah it was, after the suns played 2 tough 7 game series i didnt even expect them to have a shot at dallas. one could argue, however, that the suns blew 2 10+ point leads in the last 2 games (sorta like the last game against dallas) and could have easily taken that series.

easily? In game 7 of the spurs series dallas blew a 20 point halftime lead. Yet they still won the game. leads will be blown all the time in the playoffs. in the spurs series, Outside of game 2, all of those games were right down to the wire regardless of which team would take a 10 pt lead at a given point in the game. the wcf, for dallas was easier than the 2nd round matchup vs. the spurs. maybe the spurs could have easily beat the mavs if the ball bounced differently. that's how close that series was. maybe easily isn't the best word to use considering nothing comes easy in the playoffs.
