He apparently announced to the SF media "ya'll just won the lottery."

Even the local media thinks it was personal, he picked SF because he was mad at the Cards and wants to play them twice a year.

Hope our RB's pay attention in the pile don't want another Earnest Graham.

Don't forget he effectively ended the Tugboats career in Flagg.

Yea but he doesn't have to live there full time. Maybe rent a condo for a few months out of the year and keep his house here. Won't effect him to much.

CA tax (12.3% on amount >$520k and 13.3% on amount over $1M) versus AZ (4.54% on amount >$150k). Yeah, that will sting a bit. He will likely make out ahead if he doesn't buy a house or condo.

Personally, I'm not buying anything in SF if I'm only there for 1-2 years.

Personally, I'm not buying anything in SF no matter how long I'm there. I might feel differently if I had the kind of money Dockett has (but I doubt it).

As bad as that 49ers d was and Dockett couldn't make it? Well at least he didn't have to get demolished by his former team.

He would have been pancaked on his ass. I really loved the guy and defended him on here, until he went off, went to the enemy, and started talking trash about how he was going to wreck us.

The way he and Adub went out are two different things. ADUB helped build this team, helped the organization, and stayed loyal, even when they cut ties. Dock left like a crying little bitch.

Saying he "cried like a little bitch" is a bit overboard. He was given a fair deal here, and was ultimately paid more somewhere else. If you don't like how that system works I suggest you stop watching sports because its is normal

I thought it was funny Sunday. I was watching the Redzone and every time they switched to the Cardinal game when the Cardinals were on offense, they showed Q on the bench with a what the hell am I doing here, wish I was back in AZ again look. I guess all that work Warner did with Kapernick didn't stick or else Warner isn't a good teacher.

Kap has one of the slowest arm deliveries in all of football...probably slower than Butler punting...Kurt was known for his quick, snappy release and timing, that made up for a lack of arm strength. I don't see how Kurt could honestly teach Kap much of anything, unless their time was spent in the film room, studying defenses and how to recognize blitzes and hot reads, which Kurt also did well.

He sold his house in May, and took a $500k hit. Doesn't sound like he wanted to hang around the Valley - sold it in 7 days.
