I didn't get to see the game, but just looking at the box score Ziegler contributed for over half that win last night. Very impressive!

Ziegler came in the 8th - one out, bases loaded. Got a strikeout, then Bourn made a catch that saved at least one, probably two runs

Not sure why Hale would put Peralta in center field. That first run for the Dodgers should not have been...

Greinke gutted out a great game as well. 119 pitches in only 7 innings. Hard fought game for him. Good win. I didn't want to see it slip away.

He clearly didn't have his best stuff last night...but man he was a bulldog. Gutty outing for sure and that 7th inning was all heart & soul!

I heard on MLB this morning that Greinke's 6-0 run with the D'Backs now matches his best streak with the Dodgers, the last 3 seasons. If he continues to heat up, along with Goldy, this team is capable of going on some winning streaks. Heck, if they just continue to win 2 out of 3, they are going to make up some ground on the Giants. The rest of this Dodgers series will tell us everything.

Looking at Zach's career stats, he's almost there now, for this season. Still a 1/2 run higher on the ERA, but career WHIP is inline.

Gonna take a bit more than a hot Grienke and Goldy... We're gonna need Corbin, Ray and Archie to become much more consistent than they've been thus far.
And offensively, while getting Peralta back should be helpful, it appears it may take a little while for him to find his groove again. Meanwhile, Tomas continues to suck buttermilk... Owings is on the 15 day DL... Ahmed is, well... Ahmed. Lamb is consistently inconsistent... Overall, we need to step the degree of consistency, especially with RISP!

Tomas did get robbed of at least a double in the 8th.

Nice to see Segura hot again after getting hit in the head.

Bradley finishes the 4th 6K's and no hits. He has retired 11 in a row.

Well that sucked. I must say I did not see him coming out for that inning.

Man, Archie was cruising until Pederson hit that homer. He just fell apart after that. He's only 23 which could explain some of it. Now we have Kershaw tomorrow.
