Not a surprise for this game since it was completely resodded prior to the SB. They said so during the bowl game that all the turf was being replaced for teh SB. Doesnt have enough time to take full hold IMO.

Of course, the Valley did a tremendous job hosting. Lets all hope we can get the game in 2012. The Valley will be up against Houston I believe, but that is Arizona's Centennial Birthday and what better way to kick off the big birthday year?

Back to the subject again.... Phoenix and the rest of the Metro area will fit into the rotation... Just hope there's no threat of rain so the roof would be open... Just imagine how many more aerial shots there would have been...... And lord... there's going to be an even a better vibe in downtown Phoenix than there is now... will be amazing......

Northern "cold weather" cities only get Super Bowls every 4-6 years or something like that. It will be a while before Indianapolis gets one.

That would be cool; 9 days before our 100th birthday to have the Super Bowl here again. I'd take it!
