Let's run with this analogy.
You're looking at a car and you're being tempted to pay more than the sticker price. Why is that? Because if you walk away from this car, you don't know how you're getting to work every morning. There are no other cars for sale. Sure, there's a bus stop near your house, but it's routinely very late, and the driver has gotten in 3 rollover accidents in the last month.
Oh, and keep in mind that you literally have more money then you could possibly spend.
So, your choices are:
A) overpay for the fairly reliable Chevy Suburban
-or-
B) pass on the car and take the bus (the bus that will either make you so late so often that you get fired, or kill you in an accident on the way to work).
Which is it?
Smething to chew on, who's the only lineman that we've been consistently starting all these years?
Big, time for a change, fire them all, that way you're sure the problem has been cut out, the solution isn't there yet, but the problem is gone.
