Does Marmie as DC scare FAs?

I'm just thinking, if I am an offensive player, I may take a chance on the Cards since we "could" have a decent QB and the rest of the offense is in good shape. But would a defensive FA look at the Cards D the last few years and see how poorly they are coached and turn away, especially after meeting someone like Marmie and seeing films of his work?
