i think whover is there for the suns,, won't make any sense for us to take. ridinour is soft, has some skills, but is not going to be able to play effectivly for a while in the nba. i'm not sure hwy he is rated so high. he's small, and sparatic, but does have some upside. not worth taking IMO.

i think we should draft big (take two guys maybe on our list) and if they aren't there, draft best available. i think we can adress the point guard situation better in free agency, and it will hurt the suns more to draft one.

here's the reasoning:

we do need a backup point guard, but through free agency, we can more than likley find one with some experience. we need some experience comming in for marbury when he rests. i'd rather have someone commign in that can get things done, that someone who might take all season to figure out his role.

if we can draft a taller forward center, that will be nice. we have outlaw, amare, tsakalidis and most likley little jake. that's a group of guys a rookie that plays the 4 or 5 can play behind, but still get some playing time. if the rookie is slow to develop, we'll have those guys to fill in spots. if he shines, it won't be that hard to fill there spots either.

if we take bets avaiable, it should be a 3 4 or 5. zarko looks interesting. the suns traditionally draft very well as of late and pick people that will be effective in the nba(some with other teams) so i think the'yy make a good move, i just don't think drafting a point guard will be the best thing for this team right now.

the west is all about size. and it's only getting bigger.
