Clinton-Dix and Pryor have the size and physicality to be very good strong safeties. Plus, you can flip them in the nickel and play them deep. Which, by the way, Todd Bowles likes his safeties to be interchangeable.
Jimmy Ward is smaller, so to a lesser degree is Deone Bucannon, both of whom I too like a lot---I would be delighted if we took either of them---but they are not as physically imposing as Clinton-Dix or Pryor.
You saw Eric Reid---could he be a very good SS? You bet. he would be a monster there---this (big, athletic) is the mold Steve Keim is looking for.
