Based on what?

A combination of last summer's scouting reports, reports from people who have seen him practice, and looking at this year's scouting reports. Why, do you know something I should know?

Lampe is still a virtual unknown, and the big men after Okafor and Howard haven't even had a chance to have scouting reports done on them--so your statement is probably very premature.

I hope so. I keep looking for a glimmer of light but I get worried when a 6'9" HS student is the best center prospect.

As it is, I'm coming more and more to the conclusion that the Suns may be better off going for super athlete type like Josh Smith than a "maybe three years from now" project center like Pavel or Perovic.

In any case, we won't even know who is available until the declaration deadline for college player in early May.

Luke Jackson had 42/10/4/2 today agaisnt Arizona. 6-9 from behind the arc.

Too bad we don't have that mid-late first rounder anymore.

Well...anyway...

Iguodala had only 12/7/2/2 but his team won by 13 on the road and Stoudamire was 6-8 from the arc for 37 and Adams 26/14.

The officiating in that game was terrible--it was impossible for anybody to guard anybody because of the constant whistles.

A typical moment in that game was one of the Ducks posting up, the whistle blowing, and both players looking desperately at the official (since neither player had any clue that anything was wrong). The official then flips a coin, and calls a defensive foul on heads or travelling on tails...just an ugly, ugly game all around.

Great win by the Cats, though. ;)

Luke Jackson isn't a lottery pick, and Igoudala isn't a top-5 pick.

James White might have finally exploded.

23/11/7 in his last game, I hope he explodes before the draft, I just want to see him in the NBA.

For a SG his assist numers are consistantly high anyway, when his jumper comes around he should be very very good.

Projections on Igoudala are all over the block. He really needs to spend another year in school working on his jump shot.

Jackson's reviews sound a lot like Jacobsen - good shooter but not very athletic.

Luke Jackson had 40/7/4/2 today as Oregon beat Colorado 77-72 in OT in the first round of the NIT.

I notice that David Harrison had a big game. He really needed to play more games if he was going to get a March boost. Word is he will stay another year at Colorado.

I looked over some of the posts I made earlier. I have to admit I have changed my views. I am not as high on Josh Smith as I once was (besides I think he's going to school) but I am a bit more inclined to look a Euro than I was a month ago. I really like what I read about Andris Biedrins (shot blocker, rebounder, defender - a bigger Kirilenko but with more of a post oriented game).

Jackson is not an impossible choice with the Cleveland pick, but it would mean the Suns are planning on moving Jacobsen.
