This was what I was afraid of. He missed almost the whole season, he had a hand injury 2 but I was more worried about the knee.

One issue that will be resolved today: Will the #Seahawks trade Pro Bowl S Earl Thomas? They’ve had some recent talks with the #Cowboys and the compensation would come tonight (along with a fat new contract). Best described as a long-shot, but still possible.

The Seahawks have listened to trade offers for star S Earl Thomas from at least 2 teams, and a deal could still go down today or tonight. However, Seattle has enough cap room to make it work in 2018 and is preparing to have him on the roster this season. Final year of his deal.

The #Patriots are closing in on a trade for #49ers OT Trent Brown, source said. It’s expected to happen. More protection for Tom Brady.

49ers are trading OT Trent Brown and pick number 143 overall to the New England Patriots in exchange for pick number 95 overall, per @FieldYates and me. The deal is pending a physical.
