Why is everyone up in arms? We made a couple of deals not like they're just sitting on their hands. Nobody knows what going on behind the scenes. Could be the Natti doesn't want to move him so they're asking for the moon. Who knows, I'll just sit back and watch it unfold.
Well because we didn’t do squat last year.. and everyone w cap space near our amount is being ultra agressive. Thats why.

Same owner and approach is do what you have to do.

And they are 58-73 in the years before (1995-1999) and post Bill. Besides Kraft hiring Bill and having Brady, what else has he done to be successful? We know he's good at finding happy endings, but I'm not sure what else.

What does last year have to do with today? And who cares what everyone else is doing? I'm not getting my angst up for things that we have no idea of. I continually laugh at some who say oh we could have made that trade but MO is a snail. Not every trade or move is offered to every team or are equal.

And they will be back in the playoffs before the Cardinals guaranteed. Maybe put up the Cardinals record during the same time.

Caps space, ooooou, cap space.

We need to be smart. Sure okay. In the meantime the Bears, Commanders and even the Panthers are going crazy. Didn’t realize the Bears and Panthers were in a position to take a major step.

We sign one Big John and some guy named Gaither- Schmaither, whatever and we are supposed to be jumping for joy.

I really don’t want to hear “ it’s still early”. It’s early my ass. Same old crap. We are never going to be a franchise that “ makes a splash” or this is laughable, AGGRESSIVE!

We continue to want to be the shrewdest team it football. It’s always hidden gems, bargain basement buyers looking to impress everyone.

There were players out there that could have been Cardinals and would have been awesome signings. Okay, we didn’t get Hendrickson but we could have signed a guy like Wharton who’s stats were actually better than Williams. no

We could have signed Reddick… 14m for one year. Are you kidding me?

The rest of the league are firing bullets and we’re playing with cap guns.

Sorry, Bidwill you suck and Monti you are no better although you are strapped working for a second class owner. Please let me know when the Gaither-whatever jerseys become available. They should be flying off the shelf,

Pathetic.
Welp!

By comparison to the low standards of past seasons we are going bonkers in free agency this year. Lol.

Based on early free agency, interior ol/dl seems to be at a premium.

The concern is that it'll be that way in the draft as well.

Monti might need to trade up to get a DT. Anyone think he will?

I can only imagine the board if we whiff in free agency and draft.

Who's fooling themselves? We've had one day of FA and signed one of the top 3 FA's. Maybe, like, wait until after the draft?

I'm pretty sure a lot of people here talked about how sucky this FA group was. Expecting the Cards to hoover up every good players seems unrealistic. There were a lot of terrible deals yesterday, I'd rather avoid them.
So you can’t think of one player signed by another team that could have improved this team?
Whatever.

Such an awful take. You can turn around a team real quick in this league - and that simply isn’t purely through the draft. There is unlimited examples of this. It shouldn’t be a 3 year rebuild… hence why other teams are being so aggressive. So I laugh at you, who thinks the slow play is the way in the NFL here in 2024.

Not making the playoffs this year with our schedule will be completely unacceptable.

Couldn’t agree more.. but we should strive more than a 1st round exit. SF, Rams and Seattle sure look much weaker - even more reason to pounce now!

SF for sure. This is the year it all caught up with them. And I am far from certain where Stafford's head is and if Darnold will replicate what he did in Minnesota or what he did in Carolina with Seattle

Lots of speculation in this post. I said nothing close to what you firing off about. But you do you. Your boy K1 is the biggest thing holding this team back IMO.

You said something about a quick turn around and I gave you my opinion of what holding that up. Seemed on topic to me
Can’t argue that point about our Qb. I thought with all the $$$ we had that the plan was to remove every and any excuse holding back Murray.
So far we haven’t.
