I remember his catch that won the game against ASU 2 seasons ago, brilliant catch. I cursed his name at the time, but oh well

He does look like a good receiver. It will be crazy to have three guys with good talent.

You nailed it on the head. I got too caught up in another player I think (still do) we should have taken. I know we didn't get the #3 WR we needed, but that's just it...need vs. BPA. We didn't need to draft anyone specific with the BPA philosophy, and Doucet will bring excellent depth at a position that needs it.

Thats just it.

We say BPA!, BPA!

Then wen we take a guy that isnt a need, EVERYONE flips the freak out meter.

There are so many players available there is no way the team is gonna pick the ONE guy that will make everyone happy. Everyone of us want to be the GM and build the team in our mold.

We all need to sit back and relax and enjoy the new team mates.

I like this pick, not the home run/stretch the field type, we were looking for but I like the idea of him playing way more than Urban or Morey. Lets hope Doucet, Breaston & Rector make Urban and Morey expendable.

How comfortable was everyone prior to the draft with the thought of Jehreme Urban starting if Fitz or Boldin went down?

I would love a guy who can be a deep threat -- but I also want a guy who can catch the ball when he gets open

Thanks for making my point.

He'll wear #80 according to azcardinals.com.

I just listened to Early's conference call. Love his attitude. Didn't make excuses for slow 40 time, idolizes and models his game after Boldin.

I moved my grade for this pick from an A to an A+.

Yep. He's not going to stretch the field, but should be very physical.

Sounds like a good kid. I am excited to have him!

I like his name. Sounds like a calvary officer in the Civil War. With a name like that he will have to be good. Bye bye Boldin. We should get a #1 and #2 at least or better yet a good player plus a high draft pick.

Strangely the Cowboys got a B- on their draft. I thought they did better than that. They were highly criticized for passing on Mendenhall.

I really don't know how much clearer Rod Graves could have been yesterday when he emphatically said Boldin would NOT be traded and would be a Cardinal for the 2008 season. That won't stop ESPN, Adam Schefter, and some fans from thinking and speculating otherwise, but it is reality.

Yeah, I know...I'm going for the positives now. We didn't go the direction I wanted us to with the pick, so I might as well be happy we did get a draft steal.
Was only kidding. You were making valid points before anyway.

Positive is good.
