Studies have shown that ecigs are just as bad if not worse the regular cigs for your health. I would just stick with marijuana. Much less harm to your health.

I've read studies that say better and ones that day worse. Only time will tell.

I just hope you get off nicotine period. In any form, it is great for giving you health problems no one wants. And what do you get out of it at this point? The lack of withdrawal symptoms? You sure as hell don't get the spins like you used to. Tough it out for 72 hours and leave that crap behind you. I smoked a carton week, chewed Copenhagen and smoked clove cigarettes. On October 25, 1991, at 3:20 in the afternoon, I put out my last cigarette and it was the best thing I have ever done for myself. It took about 3 years until I felt zero desire for nicotine, but it got easier every day. Now, it disgusts me in any form and I thought I LOVED the crap at one point.

I hear you. When I don't get nicotine I don't get dizzy or anything, Mostly just urges and if course the first few days of an unhappy stomach and general withdrawals.

It would probably be a good idea to try to kick everything again. I'm still in the I enjoy smoking phase, even after having done nothing but an ecig for 6 months and noticing all the ways I felt better.

Now I ecig at home and smoke at work/ on weekends

I still don't see the point. I can sneak joints into the stadium easier than I can ecigarettes. Have smoked my fair share of join ts in the smoking area.

I can also empty out a cigarette and fill it with weed.

I can wear a fake stomach full of beer.

e cigarettes have also been known just to explode on their own and cause injury. Search it and you can find a good number of stories on people getting hurt by their e-cigs.

That's an issue with crap batteries. The same thing has happened to phones when the person changed the battery to a cheap one not made by the manufacturer. The pictures are pretty gnarly, so google that at your own risk.

That article was pretty loose when I read it. Mouthpieces shouldn't has exploding capability, the batteries are a different story. Some of the sub ohm modded e cigarettes are scary powerful and totally unnecessary. Guarantee its what he had

I brought a small one in without issue, should have just brought my good one. They didnt see it so there is that. I even brought a few cans of beer in with me. As usual I was expecting much more thorough checks of my person.
