Crazy timing. Why ax so much of your staff right before a big event like the NFL Draft? Weird.

Should've just taken a giant eraser to Highly Questionable and all of the fools on that show. Could've saved tons of money from just whacking LeBatard and Bomani Jones

I can't stand highly questionable, but you have to listen to the radio show. It is hilarious.

They need to just hire hot chicks like Fox news.
Are any hotties being canned? I haven't seen the list of those being let go. ESPN has a few on the roster like the lady on First Take and couple of Latin ladies, one is a runner who was probably the hottest anchor I've seen on that network.

Britt McHendry (probably messed up the spelling).. best known for being caught on video verbally assaulting the admin at the place that towed her car.

Honestly, I cant stand ESPN anymore. Theyre progressive movement is just too far. They have so many women commentation on football/bball and even calling games.

I dont think that qualifies me as sexist, its just a mans game. If im watching football, i want to hear from someone who played professional football or coached. If 1/100 women know what theyre talking about in football then 1/100 commentators shohld be women, not 20%.

Drives me nuts, its a political station now.

If you only want broadcasters who have played or coached then why haven't you said the same thing about Al Michaels, Brent Musberger, John Clayton, etc. etc.
Also your ratios don't make any sense. If 80/100 men know what they're talking about with football (which is probably much higher than reality) should only 80/100 commentators be men? Where are they going to get the other 19 commentators from? (80 men and 1 woman taking up the other 81 slots)

Yeah damn those women and their love of sports! Keep your estrogen off his football broadcasts, ladies!

Oh and... yeah your post definitely qualifies you as sexist.

Please espn... get rid of Stephen A... that is all.

I may be in the minority, but I like Stephen A. He stirs the kettle, perhaps a little too bombastically sometimes, but his passion is impressive.

Lol. Do they even have 100 people working there?? What are we going to have Mike Golic doing 16 hours of sports center and calling ESPN games? I am assuming Jamell Hill is gone then too....but man. I'm 6 months They are getting rid of 200 people!! I see only like 3 or 4 people who should be secure with their job.

Can't be that they've decided to become a liberal media outlet instead of a sports outlet could it. When you marginalize half of your audience they're going to turn elsewhere. The fact that they refuse to waver and in some cases doubling down on their leftist dogma is a head scratcher. If they were as smart as they think they are they would start a sports politics channel and see how it works instead of going all in on their flagship station and losing money hand over fist.

As for women, I find women who are into sports a turn on. I've had a crush on Suzy Kolber for years.
