Lame. Cards will not take a DE at #10. BPA is thrown out the window for the first round. After that, it makes sense.

The #10 pick will be a guy in a position of need (DT, OL, QB, RB, etc.)

If Mario Williams is there when we draft 10th, he'll be very hard to pass on. If he's there, we take him, IMO.

...I don't think he'll be there, though.

The Titans will not take an OT at #3
I wouldn't be surprised to see the titans try to move down a few spots. I'll bet they'd really like to take one of these top LBs (Hawk, Ryans, Greeway) and feel they can get one of them at the 8-12 spots. If they can make a good deal and still stay in the top-6 and get Hawk, all the better.

Yes - they want to move down - unless Young comes out and Young/Leinhart falls to them.

Steve McNair has spent a lot of time working with Vince Young stretching back to when Young was in HS.

I haven't followed McNair's career very closely.. Was he able to learn much from Vince?

THEN we can work out a trade for Billy Volek and not go into the season with the KW (minus 3-5 games due to injury)/John Navarre experiment...Volek is pretty damn good and with Q and Fitz to throw to... he could be better than that

Wide receiver was not a need when the big fella took Fitz. No way can you pass up a Peppers type talent. Which is what the experts are saying. I also trust what people on this board say about Mario. As a fun guess I say Al Davis pairs him up with Derrick Burgess.

We will not pick a DE. Good lord.

I have seen three other draft boards that us picking that same DE. Maybe they just copy each other? I do not see us drafting a DE in round 1 at all.

The Vortex!
Suppose, just for a minute, we do take Williams, who is a monster, at ten.
Now, imagine our defense stays healthy next year.
Clancy and his schemes will destroy opponents.

Just thinking outloud so to speak.
