Anyone extremely pessimistic about the chances that an undersized interior line of Liweinski-Leckey-Wells... will get destroyed every single play by those Bears DTs..

Its going to be ugly... wish LD and Lutui were playing next to Leckey... at least they have the size to give Harris and Tank some problems..

Well the thing is the Bears DT's aren't that big, of their top 4 DT's only Boone is over 300 pounds, he's about 320. Harris, Scott and Johnson are all right around 300. Harris is cat quick he beats people with his first couple of steps and technique more than sheer power. Johnson is pretty powerful he gets great leverage. Don't know much about Scott. It may be Green thinks Leckey is quicker and will be able to deal with them better. IIRC Leckey played in the same conference in college that Harris did so maybe Green is thinking he's played against the guy a lot in college and might know something?

We're also catching a break with Ogunleye hurt, he'll likely play but not at full strength.

I guess the bigger question is how did Green get the pictures back and is he sure Step doesn't have the originals?

I have been on the Sit Step bandwagon. I think we will see improved line play across the board with this move.

Thank goodness, it's about time. Step has been over matched for the majority of the season.

After watching both play over the last couple of seasons Leckey is the better player IMO. He just hits more of his blocks than Step does.
