While the Cards will still have at least 2 tough teams on their remaining schedule, the Cards have a chance to take a major step towards the Super Bowl tonight. For several years the Rams have owned the Cards. In their earlier meeting the Cards flipped the script. Now they have a chance to prove that result was no fluke. It’s also a chance for Kingsbury to prove he can outcoach McVay. The Cards should win. The Rams have struggled against quality teams. The Cards should get back more good players. The Cards will have the best personnel. If the Cards play up to their ability (something they’ve failed to do in a couple of games) they should dominate the Rams. Few factors late in the year are as important as momentum. The Cards are simply the best team in the league. All that needs to happen for success is that the Cards believe in themselves. Few things strengthen that belief as much as beating a perennial nemesis. This is the right time and the right place for the Cards to demonstrate who they are. If the Cards can avoid early mistakes, like turnovers, I expect them to prove they are the best team in the NFL. Time to leave the Rams in the dust.

Same fear I always have against the Rams, Aaron Donald. He's not having a dominant year but he's still so good. So glad we have Hudson back for this game.

I imagine he'll really try to bring the heat tonight. Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think he was much of a factor in the first game.

no he wasn't. I always have 2 fears with him, one he's such a great player. Two he's a dirty player, usually against the linemen.

I see this game as a stumble. I think the Cardinals lose this one, but it propels them forward.

The Rams are living on media reputation. They have lost 3 of the last 4 with the one victory against the Jaguars.
If we don’t play our A game the Rams will win. But if we do we reach our first goal of the season, clinch a playoff spot.

Brian Griese was on ESPN. He expects some blitzes from Ramsey-speed on speed.

Supposedly one of the reasons they got Von Miller was so they didn't have to blitz DB's so much. I think it's more safeties than Ramsey.

I'm sort of expecting them to play him on D Hop 1 on 1 and try to make us beat them with other guys which is why I'm expecting a good game from Ertz, and if he can play I think Edmonds in the passing game is a good weapon

Kingsbury has already proven he can beat McVay and the Cardinals have already proven they are one of the top teams with a shot to win it all. But, because we are the 'Cardinals' we get put under the ridiculous microscope of a total lack of faith whenever there is a hiccup. This is not a prove it game, this is a tough division game which might go either way because it's hard to beat a tough divisional foe twice between two proven teams... the ones in red having more proof so far

On exorcising demons. . .
There is a recent thread on this forum titled, "The point you thought this would be a different team?"

Answer: Tonight, on MNF, when they send the Rams back to LA hanging their heads and dragging their tails!!

Prove it, Birdgang!!!
