does anyone know about ezboard.com? i'm trying to set a board up for a school thing and was wondering if this site is free to host your site there. Does anyone know?

EZBoard is okay but not if you are going to use their free services, I think it is only like 19 dollars per year to have the premium service... But even the premium service is not spectacular in comparison to the other types of forum software that is out there... It may be better for you to find someone with some server space and have them host a vBulletin or PHPbb style forum...

EZboard is an acceptable alternative but when using the free services you will submit your users to ads galore and spammed e-mails... It actually gets pretty bad, to the point that the banners and pop ups will render a dial up user un browsable...

All of these problems go away if you pay the small premium board fees...
