Are the Cards emulating the Patriots FA system? That is the only solace I take in Cards non participation, so far. The Patriots wait for the bargains that fit their system. Oh I hope this works out.

Browns and Chiefs seem to be the big players.

Then tell everyone those top players are overpriced.

Silly Season.

The Cardinals rarely partake in it, and it is usually only offensive linement when they do so, with Norwell out of the equation, it will be strictly the QB, and then some time before signing any other free agents.......at least that is what I expect to happen, you never know.

I know it's exciting to sign big name players, but which of the deals being reported would you want the Cardinals to beat? Best case scenario is that these players play to the level of their deals. Odds aren't too good in my opinion!

So glad Sammy Watkins is leaving the Rams.....and they give up a second rounder to get him just last season....

:biglaugh:

Agree. The more talent from our competition that exits our division the better. Rams were bound to figure out how to use him but too late for that now.

There’s no way you give up a second round pick for Guy if you don’t think you have a chance to sign him….As far as I’m concerned this is a coup for the rest of the division

Then SK needs to not say we are going to be Aggressive in the FA market. All we hear are crickets!

Patience .You can`t make the player sign if they don`t want to for whatever reason.I have read that Cards where in the mix with Cousins and it was a legitimate serious offer (not just a token offer).

You need a top QB for this to work--we don't. We're probably going to have an average AT BEST starting QB, so surrounding him with talent would be a good idea. Instead...no QB and offensive talent going to other teams = not good and not aggressive.

Of all our recent offseasons, we MUST go out there and get who WE WANT, and early. We must NOT wait for bargain-bin signings, because it will bury us.
