So I get screwed--even though DOA: Dead or Alive has been released overseas (which apparently doesn't count) and probably will not be released theatrically over here, I can't change it.

Because of that, it looks like I will definitely not be winning the competition. But A-Bomb should know, I am only 2 million bucks behind him with only 5 movies (not 6) -- so in theory, I'm the REAL winner! :D

C'mon, I had "Let's Go to Prison", so I had only 5 too. ;)

Great competition and pretty amazing that only $1.3M seperated first and second.

Well, I climbed to #3. Abomb and Chaplin hit some nice ones. This was a fun game, I can't wait for the next season. BTW, who is that Pariah guy in last place? He sure doesn't know much about movies. :)

holy moly, bada was the dark horse! and chap has abomb beat by 300k to take second.

F'ing Night at the Museum.

Still 3 weekends left. Dreamgirls didnt perform for me the way I had hoped.

Theater count is killing me.

1. Night at the Museum 3,730
5. Dreamgirls 852

I tip my cap to Bada. I hated on Night at the Museum from jump, but the masses of asses proved me wrong and pushed Bada into the title.

Congrats!

this sounds like a really hollow compliment.

I imagined the box office take to reflect how truely awful this movie looked. It's a 5.4 on rottentomatoes which equates to a 41% (rotten) rating. So in some sense, Night at the Museum is who we thought they were!

it sounded to me like you were saying, "good job bada, you got really lucky, but still, nice work." ;)

There was no luck involved whatsoever. I am now simply just reaping the benefits of all the blood, sweat, and tears put in over many long nights of research.
