That is absolutely true. Both of my brothers worked at KFC in high school.

I am told that KFC uses the sludge at the bottom of the friers to make their gravy. Anybody know if that is true?

I'm sure that it is true. My mother always used the grease (don't remember the sludge) from the chicken to make gravy. It always tasted great.

Just had the Wendy's spicy chicken sandwich. It was good just like it always is, but I'm upset they don't have the 4-alarm sandwich anymore. It wasn't all that spicy but it was really good.

Agreed. You have to get the spicy chicken with cheese. I don't know what it is about the cheese, but it really brings out the spice.

I really liked that sauce though. That was the best add-on for me. It would'be been the jalapenos but they only had like 4 in it, not like Whataburger. At Whataburger the load up your burger with jalapenos, just like I like it.
