how many episodes in did you get? Did you get to the one with the weird cult family that they got off the boat and met? that one was cool and early in the season
Sounds familiar. It's been a while.

Season three of Fear the Walking Dead will be the last for current show runner Dave Erikson in his current role. Erikson, who worked closely with Robert Kirkman to develop the spin-off, will stay on Fear an Executive Producer as per his deal with AMC. His new focus will be developing new shows for AMC and its subsidiaries.

FWIW, season 2 was FAR better than season one and it got better in the second half of the season.
Walking dead is good sometimes... sometimes..eh..not so much. I think it's overrated. I almost can't stand any of the characters... Half the time they are moody... The other half the time they have no personality whatsoever. They are always in the woods...can they ever make it out of the south??
I did. pretty decent overall.Anyone else watch the season premier?
I hope that the events that happened do not cause Madison, Alicia(?) and the other women to rise up and become leaders. I'm kind of tired of shows like this that portray men as weak at the mercy of women rising to the top in crisis situations. It's getting stale.
so far, this season is superior to what they have done before but it remains to be seen if they can keep it up. They killed off one rotten character, but IMO, they killed off the wrong one. They should have killed off Madison instead...or even.."In addition too"Ok, more than a year ago I tried to make it through the very first episode but couldn't. Didn't connect with any of the characters and the whole thing just felt blah. However lately I keep reading that this show has "surpassed the Walking Dead." That's not much of a shock since TWD seems to be going the Dexter route ATM. I think a lot of us are just watching it because we've invested so much time and need to see how it plays out.
Has it really gotten better?
Last week's episode around Daniel Salazar was, by far, the best episode of the series. I finally found a character to root for.
Still haven't watched last night's episode.
it has not surpassed TWD< no way.Ok, more than a year ago I tried to make it through the very first episode but couldn't. Didn't connect with any of the characters and the whole thing just felt blah. Not really. I agree with the above . The only character I remotely care about is Daniels character. What does that say?
I am sure Daniel is not long for this world. My guess is any character remotely worth watching will be killed off and the most annoying continue to live. The writers seems to have everything backwards...for example....bad writing verses good.
We all know that when the show starts up in August they will cut to Daniel standing in the fire that he started. That fire will cause the three dragon eggs to hatch and the dragons will imprint on him. From then on he will be known to all survivors as the "Vato of Dragons". He will then purge Mexico of all Walkers using dragon fire but for some strange reason he will never be able to leave Mexico.

Yeah, that was ridiculous. The one guys talks trash how madison shouldnt come because she is weak. Then she proceeds to almost die and is only saved because of that guy. Then that guy says "I was wrong about you"....what? I thought he was going to give her more **** that he was right and she almost died. Wtf were you wrong about?
Yeah, that was ridiculous.
