Yeah, that was ridiculous.
Actually what was worse is that they portray Madison as the vengeful bad ass (volunteering etc.). Only for when they get there she becomes the cliche damsel in distress and gets zombie-handled.

yet then she gets in front of everyone as they leave like she is leading the pack.Actually what was worse is that they portray Madison as the vengeful bad ass (volunteering etc.). Only for when they get there she becomes the cliche damsel in distress and gets zombie-handled.
that fire scene was pretty intense. The brother is going to kill a lot of people I am thinking. What a mess.
The well regulated militia didnt notice the gunshots old man shot into the floor?
Anyway, this season has been awesome. If your not watching, you should. season 1 sucks. season 2 was ok. This season has been great.
I've thought this whole season was really good. I did watch episodes 2,3,4 all in a binge period though. Better characters, plots, suspense, everythingYou have a low bar for great. There are definitely better moments of writing but it's more like a toddler learning to walk. It's not long before it falls flat on its face within the same episode.

just finished the final two episodes of this half season, what an awesome 8 episode block. I hope they keep this up. I don't see it being as thrilling based on the conclusions that have been reached but I sure enjoyed this season so far. It is quite impressive how large of a jump in quality it was compared to the last two seasons. Still plenty of stupid decisions and head scratchers but overall I was very entertained, it got intense and was a lot of fun.
I am surprised Daniels story came to a halt after the hotel episode, his episodes were so good.
I think CB radios would be impossible to reach a satellite?
Maybe it was a ham, I'm clueless about ham so maybe that scene wasn't as stupid as I thought it was [emoji41]Seems like I have heard stories of Ham Radio operators talking to astronauts but not CB.
The episode focusing on Daniel was very well done. The rest of the season is just okay...
Haha. While I can't relate to your analogy, I'm also saving these episodes. Probably will watch 2 or 3 at a time eventually. Maybe even after this season's TWD when I start having withdrawals.I am just starting this tonight. Letting them build on my DVR makes watching this show a little easier.
Watching this show is sort of like drunken bar sex with someone you are not really attracted to. You know you shouldn't but they are there. You say what the hell during an inebriated, momentary lapse of judgement. Then during you realize what a mistake it is and simply hope it ends soon.
Did it ever.I imagine they will get to the damn, build up to major conflict and then either have a great finale or it will spill into next season.
I can't believe I'm still watching this.
The Alicia character is so filled with fluff and feminism it's crazy. All of a sudden a group of people that she hasn't been around which includes several strong, capable men, starts listening to, and follows orders from, a teenage girl??? Piss poor. And when she and pickaxe girl are fighting in the streets against basically street thugs, she can single handedly beat them? Sigh.
On top of the dam, why didn't one of the Proctors just shoot Junkie Depp even after he pushed the button?
Why did the sniper wait until the last possible moment to start shooting, as if he could hear the conversation on the dam.
Just because someone meets Madison, they automatically revere her like she is Genghis Khan?
I just can't stop watching though because this is so freaking ludicrous.
or when the "tough" chick has an ar,... but keeps getting confronted by others with non projectile weapons,...and never shoots anybody... damn girls rifle is apparently just for looksI don't mind the feminism one bit. What bothers me is when they prop up a character to be this tough feminine character then she all of the sudden becomes the damsel or cliche falling down and that type of stuff like with Madison.
It's stupid writing. They keep propping these characters up only to completely unravel it just scenes later. It's frustrating. Especially, when there is actually some improved writing this season.
