I thought the second half was great. I'm willing to accept some of TWD's flaws because, for the most part, it's really entertaining.

Yet I'm someone who could never get into Game of Thrones. Couldn't make it past 3-4 episodes no matter how many people try to convince me that it's the best show ever.

I will try out game of thrones at some point with the wife, we have a few other shows we are already knee deep in. She keeps saying its "porn" and I cannot convince her its not.

Yeah, I'm going to check it out--I have my doubts though because we've seen this sort of thing before--I hope they make it interesting and different.

even if it is similar but in different setting with different survivors I think I will love it. You could respin this serie a million times just with different types of people and different settings IMO as long as you keep doing it right.

I am more excited for season 6 of TWD and had low expectations for this one but that trailer raised my expectations significantly.

everything I've read about it so far is that it's VERY different and pretty damn good so far.

Was finally able to add it to my DVR. Can't wait! They had a little 6 minute preview of it that recorded and it looks good!

We'll see. I was pleasantly surprised by the trailer. Either way, this is fodder to buy me time until TWD season 6.

I hope the show continues the formula of main characters not being exempt from biting the dust. It keeps the fans on their toes and it just reinforces nobody is safe. It definitely feels different though if the trailer is any indication.

I am sure the 4 mains are safe for a long time just like Rick, Glen,Carl and Lori. Only one of them bit the dust in 5 complete seasons.

I would think the mom, dad and 2 kids will be safe for some time, maybe with one parent or one child dying.

That's OK though. It keeps fans guessing. I mean fans have been paranoid that Rick's time has been coming now for the past couple seasons. Some are speculating it again this season. Not that I think they do it. Only it keeps the fans guessing. I like that about this show.

I am always concerned Rick could go but have always felt he would not. He is too critical to the group. I think Rick, Daryl, Glen, Carl and Mischonne as untouchable. If you kill any of them it hurts the show IMO. They are all very, very important at this point.

Its not really a spoiler. The two differ quite a bit. I do think it would be a lot easier to kill Glenn than Rick or Daryl or even Carl.

I agree 100% that Glenn would be easier to kill. I like Glenn a lot though although I liked him more before he had maggie and he wasnt so damn serious all the time.


and I know the comic doesnt follow fully but still!
