Because he has me in his sig...because he called D'Antoni 'stache' ?
over react much?
I second that and now the Heat fans pouring in...i blame the laker fans!
This is really the larger issue. I can't see the Suns ever getting an established proven winner for a coach, because that person is going to insist on some form of control, and he's not gonna get that from Sarver and Kerr. The owner/GM are making roster decisions based on what's better for the business instead of what gives the team the best chance to win (i.e. James Jones and Kurt Thomas). If the trade for shaq is a bust, Kerr is out front on this one, then Sarver, then DA.
Firing D'Antoni now would be incredibly stupid. Show me examples where firing your coach mid season has EVER produced a ring???
Miami did it just a couple of years ago. Sure, officially Van Gudy 'stepped down', but that was Riley firing him... the collected rings a few months later, IIRC.

But that was different in that they didn't bring anyone in from outside of the team to coach like the Suns would be doing.

No thanks.
I am all for going in a new direction after the season if we get nowhere but not now. If you think this transition is a disaster then multiple that times 100 with a new coach.
Firing D'Antoni now will kill whatever little hope we have of going all the way. Obviously something must be considered if we exit in first or second round, again.
