Kiem should go first.

Id even be willing to give Kingsbury another season with an GM that actually knows how to build a winning football team.

Lol. Keim is not going anywhere, nor should he. Kingsbury isn’t going anywhere either. Sorry guys.

Its begs the question tho since if they lose to the Rams next week it'll be 5 consecutive years without a playoff appearance or even a winning record how many years a GM should get to turn things around?

5 years without the playoffs and 12-18-1 against the division in that time

A few of those years were ruined by the combo of going all in for Ariana/Palmer run and Mike B’s subsequent total failure of trying to be cool and bring in Wilks. That hire has been clearly explained to not have been Keim’s fault at all.

Yeah thats not good. Also multiple coaching changes, multiple QB changes, and alot of draft picks and FAs who haven't worked out. Keim has had some good draft and FA moments and a few great trades but the bad has outweighed the good pretty clearly at this point.

Lol. Okay.

do you think losing 6 of 9 (and what will undoubtedly be 7 of 10 next week) to end of the season is a sign of a team headed in the right direction? Cuz that’s what we’re looking at.

Don't worry, we have a coach who had a sub .500 record after coaching 6 years in the B12. This can't go tits up.
