University of North Carolina coach Bill Belichick was mic’d up during a recent spring practice with the Tar Heels, and the results were entertaining, to say the least.

Firstly, it was great seeing the former New England Patriots' six-time Super Bowl-winning head coach back in his element and doing what he loves to do. This is his first-ever spring practice period as he prepares for his debut in the collegiate ranks.

He can be seen working with the quarterbacks and helping to improve their timing on routes, along with suggesting gloves for players to prevent them from holding. He can also be seen chatting up a scrimmage official and praising him for good calls.

This is certainly a different side of Belichick that fans are not accustomed to seeing.

If anything, he seems more relaxed than he was at times with the Patriots. There is considerable intrigue as to how he will do in his first season at North Carolina. For now, however, he looks right at home.
