Floyd Sits Out Practice with Quad Strain

Not a huge deal, but injuries this early are always tough. I hope he's better by next week.

excellent news!!....quad strains are usually due to improper workout technique....now we have time to fix this issue before the season starts.

dehydration, or, lack of fluids....is more often responsible for cramps moreso than strain.....because they are generally associated with a salt deficiency.

Floyd still has yet to sign a contract, so I'm surprised he's even participating in team activities. There are 3 unsigned draft picks in the entire NFC West -- the Cards have two of those (Michael Floyd, Jamell Fleming). Don't know why it takes so long to sign pre-determined contracts -- Graves must've got stuck on the toilet again...
