Cool.

Sounds like a fun opportunity Adam.

My dad called me last night with some extra tickets. I would have gone but we have a costume party to attend tonight.

Well not a good game for the Cats, but certainly an enjoyable experience calling the game. :)

ASU 6-2
U of A 1-7 :barf:

I predicted a 3 win season so I'm not that far off. I'm not too concerned, even Vince Lombardi wouldn't be able to do anything with this motley crew of "talent" that Mackovic brought in over the years. We won't be good for 2-3 years until Stoops gets in a legitimate QB and WR threats and players who actually come to college to play football. Crackovic recruited guys who came to the UA to party for four years. Thank God basketball season starts soon.

Mao -

I think you are about the most realistic Cat fan I have seen. I said the exact same thing about the Cats. I have no doubt Stoops will be able to get the defensive recruits. Its the recruits on O that I would worry about but he seems to be doing ok now.

i'm not worrried about the RB situation, we're actually very deep in that regard with more help on the way. QB is my biggest concern though because having a great QB means so much in college football. Just look at 2004 ASU. Average defense, no running game, and a below average O-Line and they could win ten games this year because of one guy. We got some kid coming in from California who's supposed to be good, but we'll see.

I like ASU's defense.. I think it's really good.. Walter is good but I would take some other pac 10 qb's over him...

You seriously need to put down the kool-ade. ASU's defense is very average as is the rest of the team excluding Walter and Zach Miller, who both are outstanding players.

PS - And this is coming from someone who was a huge Walter basher preseason but has changed his mind after watching him this year. I still don't think he's the right fit for the Cardinals but he's going to make the Oakland Raiders or St. Louis Rams a very happy franchise next spring.
