Brian Johnson said it's "hard to dispute" that former teammate Barry Bonds cheated by using performance-enhancing drugs. Johnson, appearing Sunday on ESPN's "Outside the Lines," recounted what he told the staff of baseball steroids investigator George Mitchell.
