Former New England Patriots center David Andrews stopped by the University of North Carolina, where he reunited with his former coach, Bill Belichick. The Tar Heels head coach invited Andrews to share some words of wisdom with the college football team.

"10 years in the league, an undrafted player, eight-time team captain as a free agent, All-Decade player and multiple Super Bowls for an undrafted player," Belichick said when introducing Andrews. "Now, it didn't happen in one day. It didn't happen in one year. It was day after day after day after day, after week after week, after month after month, after year after year stacking those together."

"Undrafted player. Ten years in the league. Eight-time team captain as a free agent. All-decade payer. And multiple Super Bowls for an undrafted player."

Andrews was released by the Patriots at the beginning of free agency in March.

It felt like the end of an era for a player who served as the anchor for the Patriots' offensive line for the last decade. He was a part of two Super Bowl-winning teams for the Patriots and a member of the All-2010s team.

It's bittersweet seeing franchise legends like Belichick and Andrews move on to other things. Nevertheless, it's also incredible to see moments like this serve as a reminder of the unbreakable bond between the two, thanks to their time together in New England.
