Peyton Manning has been calling teams and telling them how strong of a coaching candidate Adam Gase is. Now, his own team has a chance.

If you can't win with Peyton running the offense, and a defense that has Talib, Chris Harris, Roby, Miller, Ward, and Ware, and you are a defensive coach...what do you expect.

Fox's defense got shredded by the Seahawks last year, and then after they invested lots of money into it, was crushed by the Colts whose offense is hot garbage past Luck.

John Elway has to have a HC in mind. I cannot fathom him being Kubiak. I actually wonder if he likes Todd Bowles. Let's face it, Peyton is the OC.

Several recent articles I read recently alluded to the possibility that Peyton Manning was unhappy with the way the offense was run the second half of the season (more emphasis on the running game). Who knows?

I think that Manning will see how his leg heals and will probably be back for a last hurrah. The man just loves playing too much it seems to me.

As for Fox, I think losing so badly in the SB and then bowing out earlier this year, especially after Elway spent on the defense last offseason, sealed his fate. Elway wasn't going to "rinse and repeat" next season.

Opens up a position that will be very interesting to watch. My caveat to my Manning supposition is that if the OC doesn't get promoted to head coach or leaves for another team, he may retire if they don't get someone he trusts.

I'm no Bronco fan bit it will be very, very interesting what may happen in Denver.

Ok, that was little extreme.

TY Hilton is not TY Hilton without Luck.

Donte Moncrief is a young talent and will be a beast next year.

D allen is good.

Fleener is ok at best.

Offensive line...garbage.

Runningback...garbage.

Wayne...done

Nicks...awful.

Personally, I think this move was made with keeping Manning from retirement for at least one more season. Whoever they get will be someone Peyton wants to work with.

The funny as hell thing would be if that is true and then Peyton still retires a few weeks after they hire a new coach. :D

Not likely, but it COULD happen.

John Elway wants someone he can control and who better than a coach who is used to being controlled... isn't Jason Garret a free agent, just saying :)

Wow---didn't think of that---but I can't see JJ letting Garrett go.

Reports are that the Broncos want to interview Seattle DC Dan Quinn---and that their OC Adam Gase is being considered. The 49ers are supposedly putting a full-court press on Gase as we speak.

My guess is:

DEN---Quinn
CHI---Fox
OAK---Del Rio
NYJ---Bevell
ATL---Austin

So we can sign Dez & Murray as well? ;) Couldn't resist.

Garrett's going nowhere, he bleeds blue & who would leave a pretty good team for cap hell in Denver? It's coming once old #18 hangs up his cleats in the coming months.

You can keep 'prima donna' Dez and 'lots of yards with key fumbles' Murray :D

He could be a DC candidate for Arizona if Bowles leaves.

Bowles is going to Atlanta unfortunately in my opinion.

Any chance denver is interested in Bowles? Obviously manning is the OC which would leave Bowles to fix the defense.

I'd imagine if Manning isn't retiring they will want a proven coach. Seems like a big gamble to risk your last years with Manning on a guy who's never been a HC to me.
