All of that?

That’s an insulting package to Washington.

We all know Keim can’t draft & Isaiah is an average player at best. That’s highway robbery for us.
A first, a second and Simmons? For Mclaurin? Yea no… He’s a good player but not worth that much… He’s barely a 1000 yard WR averaging 1022 yards a season which honestly isn’t all that impressive to me. He isn’t a huge TD scorer either. Even his YPC is pretty average. I’d give up the first. That much more? No way.

The fact that he got THAT many yards with the train wreck of QB’s he’s had to play with is amazing. Every defense was doubling him because the only other receiving weapons for Washington were McKissic and Logan Thomas. I’ve had him on my fantasy team for 2 years. Just atrocious quarterback play.

Sorry but this is utter BS. WRs regularly put up good numbers with trash at QB. Happens literally all the time in this league.

Unless you’re trying to be different, you know damn well Keim is gonna miss on those picks regardless. Give me the proven star with Walgreen employees that was throwing him the ball over picks that will most likely attribute to nothing.

That’s a differnt debate honestly.. But I admittedly have no faith in him.

That, plus the fact he's FA next year and likely to cost high 20s to extend limits his value in my opinion.

1st and 3rd is the value in my opinion.

disagree. If you watched him as much as I have you’d see this kid is seriously talented. He would blow up in our offense with Hop drawing double teams. Heinecke (sp.) is awful.

Keim might not be the worst case scenario as a GM if he would just become the mad trading Keim who has hit on some major trades with the Cards. Maybe the draft is no longer the exact way to go, since it appears the players are having more say and the NFL is turning into the NBA... go young, trade for guys in their prime :)

I think this is about right. Keim is better at trades than drafting. Then fill the rest of the roster with role players.

I love this theory. We just don't have the cap space to keep doing it over an over.
I mostly prescribe to this way of thinking however the Rams have been doing it for several years now and just keep doling out massive contracts without a problem. It’s baffling.

Tell the Rams that!
It is basically the only time that it has been done in the NFL since the salary cap. It is too early to know if it can be replicated. Lord knows that I don't trust Keim to do it, even if it is possible.

I mean, Keim has obviously been terrible in the draft and in FA. The one trick up his sleeve at this point is trades.

They already tried to copy the Rams with their head coach hire, why not steal their strategy in general? It has to be more successful than 1 playoff win in 9 seasons.

I think they will be in a great position to do that starting next year when we have oodles of cap space.

But the Rams have drafted well for what they have been given. I just dig McLauren and think if he was with the Cards, one could not ask for a better compliment to D-Hop. The Commanders, or whatever you want to call them, are a dumpster fire for all intent purposes and a guy like that would make this offense night and day... I sure the hell do not see Keim finding a guy like that drafting, but I can sure see him trading for a guy like that

Watching the highlights isn't bad at all
Remind me a bit juju, physical receiver not fast but can move all over the field
I don't mind him as a fourth receiver
