Anyone know how his career fizzled so quickly? He went from .259/21/77 in '04 to .321/22/88 in '05 to only playing 41 games in '06 and didn't get a single MLB at bat after that. Did he have an injury?

He had a lot fo nagging injuries. Could not run or field. There are suspicions he was on the juice

Durazo, Williams, Gonzo, Spivey and Bell.

Throw Randy, Finley, Bautista, and Mantei to that list as well.

It will probably end up being more players that were than that weren't on that starting roster for most teams in baseball for 98-02

So the entire roster the WS year was juicing? I've kind of purposefully not read about that era up to this point for fear of damaging some really good memories.

Entire roster of every team in playoffs. You don't think Yankees had anyone on juice?

Everyone knows that but we were talking about the Diamondbacks, not the Yankees or any other team.
