We need to take the necessary steps to change what is going on with Larry/Carson , and it doesn't have to be long term , but it does mean that the other O players must step up . I believe there is a lot more going on here than a QB is just trying to get the ball to a covered receiver . Let's face it , the DC's all know Larry is the only proven skill player the Card's have , and they will continue to lean their coverage toward Larry until we drive them away by decoying Larry and driving the ball down the field and scoring with the other players . If we can do this , I think we must , we can Free Larry up for the rest of the season.

For the last freaking time the guy is UNTRADEABLE due to contract!

Besides wouldn't want to anyway!
But come on, this is a fresh and exciting new idea.... we need pages and pages to discuss trading Larry.

I agree. This team will never be successful as long as the Bidwills own it.

Oh wait, I think I am replying to the wrong :deadhorse: topic.

Winning a ring?

That's cause he plays for the Cardinals and has had QBs like Palmer, Kolb and Skeleton and other complete scrubs.

True, but he also played with Kurt Warner and got his shot at a ring. Didn't get it it done.

Yet I fail to see how Larry Fitzgerald winning a ring or not is the Cardinals or the fan's problem. Plenty of NFL players that were great that never won a ring. Personally, if Larry wants a ring then he can try to get one here.

Ask Tony Gonzalez how his quest for a ring has gone this year.

No guarantees that if Larry is traded he gets his ring.

it wont be the last time buddy, Ive seen 3 articles on it this week on different cardinals sites and nfl sites.

The talk just wont go away.

The post of id rather pay him 20 mil to be here vs 13 mil to be elsewhere is spot on. LArry is fine, a leader and a great guy for the team. His production will pick up, everyones is down as has been for years

Are the Cardinals wasting Fitzgerald's talents in Arizona? The guy's a beast and deserves to play for a functional team with a QB that can get him the ball imo. He's done miracles to make it work til this point but at age 30, I think he deserves that opportunity to go some place else and win a ring.

Plus the rebuilding Cardinals could use the cap space and the draft pick they get from a possible Fitz trade.

Many teams in the league could use him....I think Chiefs, Pats, Ravens, Dolphins, Bears and maybe even the Colts are among teams that could be interested in him and could give up something nice to Arizona for him.

A lot of people accused the Suns of wasting Steve Nash skills for the last 3 years....are the Cardinals now doing the same thing with Fitzgerald?

Can you limit yourself and your goofy opinions to the Suns board please?

Wow stay classy, "moderator".

And my bad for bringing this up. I don't come on the Cardinals forum very often so I had no idea that this had been brought up so much before.

Yeah it bugs me too when these Fitz trade posts come up too, it's just been done sooooo much but akuna matada. It's a sensitive subject for me. The Suns joint sizzled out a while ago, if I was you I'd kick my Cardinal fandom up a notch. :D

See that's the thing, I'm not a Cardinals fans..... :|

And for what it's worth, I think the young, athletic Suns may be more fun to watch this year than the Cardinals.
