Freeman has 1 good year out of 5. He wasn't all that great last year either. He only completed 54% of his passes last year and has thrown 39 ints the last 2 years.

Fwiw, he's someone you'd consider brining in at the start of the year, not now. Now he'd get no reps almost, in practice.

If he'd want to try to unseat Palmer next year, let him give it a whale.
