"Good" is relative. It was interesting but mostly about a coach's health and family stuff. BA said he learned to trust his staff after going to the hospital at Temple. Nothing we haven't heard. Said it's hard returning home after the season, the wife tells him he hasn't been there in 6 months and not to ruin the routine. Said some interesting things about the locker-room, that if it gets quiet when you walk in there's a problem. Said he's always communicated with the players, knows their wife's name, their kids' names, etc. He said he's tough and expects perfection.
Another interesting thing: he used to use Tuesday's as RB plays, but he scrapped it in favor of 3rd down focus. He said he is usually exhausted by Friday when they would normally do 3rd down focus. Said he sleeps like a baby before games because he's so exhausted. RB focus gets the least attention, when he's most tired.
Rex Ryan actually had the most interesting comment, in my opinion. All the coaches said they didn't exercise enough because of guilt that people would think they weren't working. They all said they were unable to make assistants go home or do personal exercising. Rex said he will leave at night, to fool his staff, because if he's there they will stay and stay and stay until he goes home, even if he wants them to go get rest. So he will leave for 30 minutes or an hour and return after they had left (since he was gone, they went home). He'd go back to get work done.
