Jurecki says that Fassell is not coming here per his sources.

Jurecki said that Mike Bidwill tipped his hat kinda yesterday saying they wanted to do 2nd interviews and get someone hired possibly this week.

The two other coaches besides Fassell and Green can not be dealt with till after they are eliminated from the playoffs leaving only Green.

Said Green is leary of Raiders. Said Green wants power. He is willing to work with a GM but once he gets his foot in the door watch out!

Jurecki said Fassell is either in Washington or Buffalo probably Buffalo.


Fassell taking the Bills job means possiblity of Green to Washington. If Fassell goes to Washington Green is down to Az or Oak.

Said Oak is the least desirable position out there unless they get rid of the GM then Green would be very interested.

Romeo Crenell could fall under the radar to us.

Said that Norv Turner and Jim Mora Jr. have expressed intrest in the Az job and they could be our second tier.

Whatever. He has been very accurate this year.

And his sources are internal. He talked to Mike Bidwill yesterday and thats who tipped hit hat.

Said that internal people liked Fassell better but they dont think they can get him in the desert. I would guess Graves.

Each case is unique, but he's usually on the money.

I actually don't think Jurecki has been wrong since he moved to KDUS and started being closer to the Cardinals. Before he was kind of a mouth piece of the players. Now he gets stuff straight from the organization as well as the players.

I know a lot of you guys would disagree, but Norv Turner might not be a bad choice. I lived in MD during his reign with the Skins & followed the Skins closely. They were far better under Turner than anyone since Joe Gibbs. Turner was a very good X's & O's guy, he just wasn't Snyder's boy. Turner probably learned a lot from that experience & would be better his 2nd time around. Aikman gives Turner all the credit for his development, so a McCown or Reuthlesberger would benefit from a guy like this. Could you imagine how much better the Dolphins O would be if they had a QB & at least 1 decent receiver??

Why not? From what I see he is trying to let the fans know they are working on it without coming right out and saying it.
