Either we never offered much beyond Marion up, or Marion/Casey—or Magic management is just totally looney.

Or McGrady said he'd refuse to re-sign with Phoenix, so the Suns pulled out. Which is possible.

Or NBA general managers don't value Shawn Marion as highly as Steve Francis. I still say that is the most likely scenario.

IMO Francis is overrated for being All-Star starter but he's not that bad - I doubt he comes over to Suns though...

If McGrady said he would only play in Houston, which may or may not be true, you gotta say he is a cold dude. I mean, he says I want out, and if you don't I am leaving anyway. Then, by the way, I only want to go to Houston, so you just get the best deal you can get. I don't care if you get burned or not.

Again, this is only if he narrowed it to Houston (or even just a few teams), he really leaves Orlando with few choices, not as good as leverage as they would normally get, and doesn't look back.

I'm not so sure we aren't better off. I know a lot of you don't agree, but the attitude he has shown lately has made me look at him a bit differently.

I also read where he missed a lot of practices and wasn't that popular with teammates. Maybe the Suns just didn't offer that much. Who knows??

you know, I sat there and thought about whether or not I should write that for a few minutes. I'm sorry, I couldn't help myself. Whether those general managers are correct or not I do think I'm write about how they feel though.

Marion, Johnson, Zarko and Vujanic for TMac.

Dam, just give up half the team for a player with a bad back and cant create against a zone defense.

Just so no to TMac all together.
